- Hold the ball comfortably.
- Take slow steps (small) at the starting of the run-up.
- When you are just 7-8 steps away from the popping crease, speed up as much as you can.
- When delivering bowling arm should be some what slanting which puts more force on the ball.
- As you feel you are throwing or chucking the ball.
- But you are not.
- BTW speed also depends how fast your arm swings.
- So follow these steps and bowl hard.
